We at D.C.Martin have taken Quality very seriously. As the Automotive Industry-driven ISO Certification requirements became known, we recognized this as an opportunity to reorganize and re-engineer our already customer-driven organization. Rather than simply applying the model to obvious areas within our organization — Service and Calibration Systems — we invested the time to apply the same quality standards to every aspect of our business. Sales, Service, Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Rental, HR, Purchasing, and Contract Services are all subject to the Audit / Review / Compliance analysis. This has made not only our Quality System a living and breathing document, but has made our whole organization more aware, responsive, and successful.
